I finished the lifesize Little Sister statue from BioShock 2 a few days ago, and so far the response to it was good in the builder's forum. After a whole lot of cutting, sewing, coloring, sewing wrong, cutting open stitches, cutting shapes wrong, cutting shapes right, sewing right, and weathering, the purple dress for the Little Sister was finally completed yesterday. I was wondering if I should make several dresses for this statue in various colors to make it look like different Little Sisters, but now after finishing that dress, I have come to the conclution that there is no chance in hell I would want to make a damn dress like that ever again and that it would most likely look like a bunch of clones in different dresses anyway, so I will let this idea go and flush it down the toilet. Today I bought a really nice shelf for my bedroom that will eventually store the rest of the stuff I have laying around, plus it is cut in such a strange way that I can store the other two smaller Modulus robots I had standing on the floor before in these strangely cut out shelf areas or what one should call them. Later today we met up with my sister who hadn't slept for days because of her kids were up sick and crying for two nights in a row, so a trip to a farm and petting zoo full of fluffy goats and such was the plan to make them tired enough to shut the hell up the upcoming night. As usual I really like all the animals there and pet them a whole lot while jumping around and climbing on everything I come across that can be jumped over or climbed upon. Baah. I also learned that the vacation time in Italy is still ongoing, so I'll just have to wait longer for the owner of the Modulus robot to respond. At least he said he could sell it to me the last time, so I'm holding on a big "Qaplá!" shouting and a victory cigar. Not that I'll smoke anything anyway. Of course after building four gynoids and therefore getting a whole lot of gold colored fabric, beads, wires, thread, and so forth left over from these projects would I get the crazy idea of making another one in this shiny color of gold, but I had decided to only build this if I either found a base mannequin in the junk or at least got one for free somehow, but now I want to make this golden Gynoid so much that I today searched and found an Internet auction for a mannequin that could work quite good for this for a very low price, so one must ponder this.
